6. Liability Insurance Declaration

Required insurance acknowledgements I understand that I must maintain liability insurance appropriate for my business and products when required by law, market policy, or my vendor agreement.I understand that I am responsible for maintaining continuous coverage while participating in the markets.I understand that additional insurance requirements may apply. Packaged Foods and Hot Foods/Refreshments vendors may need to add Local Harvest Farmers Markets as an additional insured.
