Eaters Almanac is a cottage food operation that works out of a home kitchen in Long Beach. We were inspired to start this business after traveling around the world and falling in love with open air markets and all the different kinds of grains we came upon. We love bringing a variety of grains and flours to Long Beach area farmers markets.
Products
We offer delicious, nutritious organic whole grains and fresh-milled flours. We have a variety of ancient grains, like einkorn and rye berries, as well as gluten-free varieties, like quinoa and amaranth. Our whole-wheat flours are all mixed and milled at our home kitchen within days of offering them for sale. Unlike many grocery store flours, has been sifted out or injected in.
