My name is Lee, I am the founder of Flavoured Seasonings. I was brought up in London, England and would go to the busy and exciting markets of Petticoat Lane, Brick Lane and Borough Market with my father as a child. I always enjoyed the variety of vendors and unique characters at the markets. On a trip to Rome 10 years ago I picked up lots of delicious Italian seasonings from the market there. Cooking with these seasonings changed my idea of cooking. I quickly realized that good seasonings can elevate the flavor of any dish. I started mixing my own blends for friends and family. They were met with such a enthusiasm that I decided to start my own company; Flavoured Seasonings and sell at farmers markets in Southern California. I now have many unique seasoning blends that bring tastes from all across the globe. It's a pleasure to sell my wares at the Seal Beach Farmers Market, and it's my honor to produce small batch fresh seasonings to inspire my customers to create healthy delicious meal for their families.
